ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Responsibilities and Duties:

Provide legal representation to individuals on legal matters including representation in court appearances.

Conduct thorough consultations with clients and make appropriate referrals to outside agencies and prepping sessions with clients for interviews with immigration judges.

Supervise the work of paralegals in record-keeping and document preparation.

Preparing documents in client’s file.

Managing legal documentation and correspondence confidentiality.

Drafting motions, orders, judgments and status updates.
LEGAL ASSISTANT
Responsibilities and Duties:

Preparing of legal paperwork

Corresponding and follow up with current and potential clients

Maintaining schedules for attorney, schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments

Preparing documents (Scan, Copy, Upload) in client’s file

Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities

Implementing and improve upon administrative processes for more efficient workflow
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred

1+ year of experience is preferred

Ability to demonstrate attention to detail

Detail-oriented, self-starter with the ability to multi-task

Work independently, and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin) or other languages and be able to read, write, type and speak is a PLUS

Excellent bilingual verbal communication skills between clients and attorneys

Have work authorization in United States
SENIOR LEGAL ASSISTANT
Assist attorney in preparing of legal documents (briefs, contracts and legal forms). Conduct legal research on variety of sources and draft legal memo. Under the supervising of an attorney, investigate facts and collect evidences. Organize case files and communicate with clients on procedural and administrative issues. Salary: $66,581.00 per year.
Requirements:
LLM or JD degree required and one year experience in a position involving legal analysis and drafting legal documents required.

MARKETING RESEARCH ANALYST
Responsibilities and Duties:
Collect and analyze macroeconomic data, and analyze its impacts on immigration fields. Present interpreted analysis reports to management. Monitor and analyze law industry statistics, and determine consumer preference and demands, and propose marketing strategies and policies. Collect and analyze data on clients’ demographics, preferences, case types and basic information by Matlab and Stata, etc.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Marketing required.

Proficiency in Matlab is required.
