BIOGRAPHY

 Chia-Ling Lee holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Washington University in Saint Louis. Following her graduation, she served as an Assistant Professor of Law at Southern Taiwan University of Science and Technology. Over her eight-year tenure, Chia-Ling taught a variety of courses in both Mandarin and English, including intellectual property, corporate law, and legal research, and externed at Cittone, Demers & Arneri LLP for six months. In addition to her academic and professional achievements, she served as a visiting scholar at the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco during the 2021-2022 academic year. Before joining the Kasen and Liu Law Firm, she gained extensive experience at a boutique immigration law firm. She currently handles family-based petitions, asylum and removal defense, and represents clients in legal immigration proceedings before USCIS and the EOIR. She speaks Mandarin and English.
