BIOGRAPHY

Attorney Kaihsuan (Joe) Ai graduated from National Taipei University in Taiwan in 2019 with an LL.B. He earned LL.M. degrees from National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan (2023) and the University of Illinois College of Law (2024). Joe was admitted to the NY Bar in February 2025, in addition to his admission to the Taiwan Bar in 2021.

Joe focuses on civil litigation, criminal defense, and immigration law, with expertise in family-based and employment-based visas.
